Quantum GIS Quick Start

First steps after your QuantumGIS (QGIS) installation

1. Click the Database icon

2. New connection

3. Enter the following connection data that you recieved with your order.

4. Select the new connection you just created and click connect

5.Select the layers you want to add to your map project

6.  If you cannot see anything on the map right click the layer and click zoom to layer extent
